Do you have a warranty on your gloves?

RC Glove will cover defects in workmanship and materials, not damaged from misuse.  RC Glove will determine whether repairs or replacement is needed.  If you have heated the glove in the oven or the glove has been dunked in water it is not covered by this warranty.  All gloves are custom made for each individual customer.  RC Glove will not issue a refund.  RC Glove will not offer an exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s error. 

A manufacturer’s error may be an incorrect color, incorrect spelling or number, incorrect throwing hand, or incorrect logo.  If this type of error occurs we will remake the original glove.   

 

What is your turn around time on the gloves?

 

Please allow 3-4 weeks after we confirm your order and payment.  Please understand that occasionally we have unexpected delays because of the custom handmade process during the manufacturing.  As is expected, the busiest time of the year for us is around the holidays and near the beginning of the season. 

How can you offer customized gloves at such great prices?

 

We sell directly to the customers using an online platform.  We can offer great prices to our customers because we don’t have any middleman to pay.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

 

Once you place your order, you will receive an emailed PayPal invoice from us.  You will need to review order details and check double check that your glove (size, color or embroidery) is correct.  Once you confirm and pay the invoice, we will order your glove. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges once the order is confirmed, except in cases of errors, defects or damages.  Please see our warranty information.  You may also contact customer service (rcgloves1@gmail.com) for assistance within 2 weeks after you receive your glove.

How do you deliver or ship the gloves?

 

If you are local the Quad City IA/IL  area we will schedule delivery of your glove.  Otherwise, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

 A flat rate will be charged checkout.

How can I get a discount?

 

Great question!  We love to work with teams and will provide a team discount with a minimum order.  Not all the gloves have to look the same, but they have to be ordered together.  Contact us for more info on a team order at a reduced price.

 

What else do I need to know?

 

Embroidery is a complex art of machine needlework. RG Glove reserves the right to reject any designs that are too complex for embroidering.  If you send us a logo to embroider, we assume you have the rights to use that logo. 

 

When putting your name on your glove, you can choose either block or script font. We try to keep names under eighteen (18) characters.  If your name is long, we recommend abbreviating it.  For example, instead of Jennifer Williams, we recommend embroidering J. Williams.

Leather colors may not be an exact match to the color you see on your computer screen.  The dying process can produces a slight variance in the tone or shade.
